I had been waking up with lateral neck pain and tightness for months using pillows of every kind from every price range. I even slept with a neck brace to try to keep my head midline (this worked OK, but put too much pressure on my jawline). This foam neck roll is near perfect for me. I sleep on all sides, and when I lie on my back my neck is free from pain. When I am on my side I feel it also keeps my neck pain free. When I sleep on my stomach I have to place the roll at my chest, and although turning my head to the side does cause some discomfort after a while it is far better than before using a standard pillow in various configurations. Use the size guide and choose the right size. I would love to see some child sizes as I think this is the ideal cervical position, and would buy for my kids instead of standard pillows.

This is our 3rd Neck Roll not because it wears out. My husband uses it for his recliner the back of recliner has 3 big rolls with spaces between each one. His neck is fused so finding a Neck Roll was hard to find. It had to be by length & width to fit between the upper part of recliner. The other Neck Rolls are still good just not so Supported like a new one.
