SunBlaster 2' T5HO 24 Watt 6400K Reflector and Bulb Combo

Perfect for a reptile UVB fixture. Using it for my chameleon, and just ordered another for my bearded dragons enclosure. Makes no sound what so ever (the ringing sound UVB fixtures sometimes make). Highly recommended. - btw takes a 22” reptisun

Bought this to use with the 22 inch Reptisun UVB bulbs and I am very happy with my purchase. These are identical to the fixtures marketed specifically for reptiles but at a much lower price.

Giving 5 stars for the bulbs themselves. They work great, really good for leafy plants. Because they aren't LED, they do give off some heat, so keep that in mind. The only gripe about Sunblaster lights, in general, the metal piece you have to install to allow for you to hang it off a chain or cord is really hard to put on, you have to struggle to get onto the light.Just a note for Amazon fulfillment centres themselves. I had to return this product twice since both times they arrived broken. The first time, completely smashed, and the second time the filament was broken. The light itself came with with just some paper as protective packaging. I've been sent other items by Amazon that needed less protection with better protection that what was given in these 2 instances. I suggest bubble wrap or those air cushions that you use with pottery. The bulbs themselves are glass and easy to break if not properly protected.

It's a pretty standard grow light. My plants are enjoying it. It's a colder colour temp than I'd normally like, just for eyestrain's sake, but 6400K means you get better vegetal growth (i.e. stalks and foliage) which, with succulents especially, is ideal. It's pretty easy to mount, it comes with three different types of hardware to mount it with. I just have it stuck onto my bookshelf (pictured) with very strong double-sided gel tape. I love that you can daisy-chain these together with the cable they include. It makes it really easy to have it all on a timed smart switch. The cable, which has a switch, is a good length.All in all, I like this grow light and I'll likely be buying more.

I've had this light for a few weeks now and my once colorful succulents are all starting to revert back to green. It also seems like a few might be slightly stretching even though I have the light super close to them (less than 4 inches away and directly over them). I wanted to use this for my quarantined plants, but im thinking of getting something different now.
