It’s a story book

This is probably a good book but I can't tell because the version I bought is so tiny and the scan so low resolution, I can't read it. Disappointed. I have "I Love Greens" at home, & like.

great to get kids interested in health

all the smoothie books seem to be similar. i use the basic recipes and embellish as per my taste.

Big sister Stella Rae was reading her own book in the loft space we have, but would pull away to interject her knowledge of trees. Throughout the night Zoe and Nellie both developed coughs and when they woke up in the morning they wanted to care for their bodies by drinking green smoothies. As a mother and someone whom is health oriented I have been drinking green smoothies daily for almost 5 years now, nothing is more sweet than watching your children take on the healthy habits you model as a parent. This book is a sweet addition to our lives, Thank you Victoria!

Victoria has done it again! My kids and I were moved by this book to try a green smoothie recipe offered in the back. If you want to inspire kids to be curious about the power of eating greens, this is the book for you! Victoria Boutenko and her children have a series of books that would inspire adults and children of all ages to use green smoothies to feel as vital and strong as a mighty oak tree! The illustrations are beautifully done too!

So good! So colorful! So encouraging! My kids love this book!! It helps them see veggies and greens in a whole new way
