I find this is the best grip for pole dancing I've been trying others in between and they make my hands wet and sweaty, but this ensures I don't slip of the pole. You don't have to use a lot either and I tend to rub it in my hands then a little on the pole for maximum grip. What I also like is that it makes your hands dry and grippy as opposed to tacky. I find if you use too much it doesn't work and you have to wash your hands and start the process again. I do wish it came in a bigger bottle though.

Worked well for a while to dry out my hands for pole but after getting halfway through the bottle it’s had the opposite effect and makes my grip really oily. I shake the bottle before using but the past three times i’ve used it it’s been pretty useless!

This gave no grip at all. Leaves a slight chalky (even though it says chalk alternative) residue on your hands, which felt silky therefore actually made it harder trying to swing/climb up the pole. Also as it leaves a slightly chalky residue it’s no good for the pole.

Closest thing to dry hands as same ingredients but easier to get hold of. Good for pole, don’t know about other sports but helps me with sweaty hands when trying tricks.

I have recently started up aerial hoop and needed something to hold on with as my hands get so sweaty so quickly and due to coronavirus, they had to remove the grippy tape from the hoops, leaving a smooth surface. This one done the trick however I did need to apply it multiple times throughout my session. The bottle was a lot smaller than I was expecting (I obviously don’t read the full description) but you don’t have to use a crazy amount.
