They are A4 size but can be cut to fit if a little big . I hadn't thought about putting them in a frame but what a good idea!

Are these suitable to have on a tiled wall in a shower cubicle?

Yes, but you have to have tiles dry enough to stick mirrors, the adhesive is strong enough to be in position of a shower wall, but as I mentioned, make sure the tiles are dryed properly.
