This review is for the strawberry flavor. Was looking forward to this after all the great reviews. Unfortunately, despite the statements that there are no artificial colors and that all colors are derived from fruits and plants, the actual product label reads "colouring: E129", aka FD&C Red 40.Update: Received the blackberry flavor in a separate shipment and this one was as advertised with no artificial colors.This issue could be avoided if product labels showing the ingredients and/or a full and complete list of ingredients for each flavor were provided.Update 2: The distributor has advised that they are revising the product description to be more accurate. Updated to 4 stars for fixing this and for the good taste and ingredients of the blackberry flavor.

4.5 starsOf all the almond syrups I tried (BG Reynolds, Sonoma Syrup Co, Monin, 1883..) this one has the most noticeable and lasting almond flavor, with virtually no artificial taste. No orange / vanilla notes (ingredients lists only mentions sugar syrup, water, natural flavors, gum arabic)..

Vegan Friendly! Mix with seltzer to make your own cola as strong or weak as you like with less sugar, fewer sketchy chemicals and no caffeine! I only use a little at a time so the bottle lasts for ages. Tastes very similar to classic Coke. Glad I found this product!

I love this syrup, and found out on my first cup that this syrup blows others out of the water on flavor intensity. Don’t try and use like Starbucks or Torani Syrup because the actual flavor of these are so much more intense. I have found that on a small Cappuccino or Latte it only takes 1/4 to ½ tsp of this syrup; any more and it’s bite is too strong & makes the coffee undrinkable. Others I have tried are more sugar syrup, and less on actual flavor, but I have found that these pack, in my opinion, a LOT more flavor in a whole lot less sugar syrup. Besides my cappuccino’s I found that a tsp of the raspberry syrup made very tasty 9 in deep dish Chocolate-Raspberry Cream Pie.

This is my second bottle of Bigallet Violette. It is an acquired taste. I think you either love it or you don't. I love it. I mix a little with selzer water, either raspberry or mixed berry seems to be the best. It's also OK with lemon seltzer water but I wouldn't mix it with any actual soda of any flavor as I think that would be too strong. I haven't tried baking with it yet but think I might try it with meringues or perhaps in a white cake with some royal icing. I love Leone Violetta candies and this is the closest I can get to mixing a soda with the same subtle flavor.

This review is for the Lavendar syrup. I LOVE IT. I initially bought it to mimic a local coffee shop that makes lavendar cardamom lattes. This is even better than what they're using!Then I started putting a little into my lemon sparkling water every evening. So tasty!Bonus points for a very nicely designed glass bottle that has a flip top lid and lip which doesn't require a pump.

Use it to make real fresh squeezed Hurricanes! Excellent flavor and you gotta love that tradtional red color.Here's my Receipe:1 Part Dark Aged Rum (Appleton VX is perfect)1 Part Light Aged Rum (I use Flor de Caña 4 year)1 Part Bigallet Passionfruit Syrup1 Part Fresh Squeezed Citrus ( I do a combination of Orange / Lemon / Lime)Finish it with a Cherry.
