Can’t get the iPhone 13 Pro Max new now, so decided to use this site. First time I’ve purchased a second hand Apple product. Phone is immaculate. Does have 89% battery life but overall condition exceptional. Charging lead supplied too. Delivery time a couple of days slower than advised but my location is more challenging. Most importantly though really pleased with this phone. Was advised ‘excellent condition’ and it is 😊. A few people commented on packaging - mine was simple and not bulky but strong. I’m converted I think - may now keep going with pre-loved Apple goods as so pleased with this one. Thank you

Upon arrival, the phone had a clear issue with its battery. It was on low charge, so I put it on charge. The battery icon suggesting it was charging, but the battery was not increasing. Even after left on charge for hours, the battery was not going up.As the phone was not in working condition, despite being described as almost perfect condition, I returned it. However, 14 days after Royal Mail confirmed that the phone was returned to the seller, I still have not received a refund, and they have been extremely slow in replying to my messages.I would never recommend this seller and will never use them again.

Absolutely Perfect! As described, perfect condition, 90% battery, delivered early. Would definitely recommend. My daughter used some of her birthday money and was so pleased.

The phone has arrived in immaculate condition - no scrathes or wear or tear. The phone had 92% battery health so it was great. My GF is loving her phone. Its been 9 months of use so far and no issues yet

The phone condition is like brand new no marks any where screen is flawlessBut the battery life is hella bad 77% on the unit I have received it’s not value for moneyFor £400+ you expect near 100-95%If you want a iPhone then yeah I recommended it but check the battery life once you receive it

I’m very pleased with my iPhone 13 Pro Max, it’s like new with no scratches on the screen or the case, the battery has 95% of its capacity & it’s over half price for a new one, I am very pleased & would recommend purchasing a refurbished iPhone to save money and you wouldn’t be disappointed, I am not.

Very pleased with my purchase, in as new condition NO marks at all 85% battery and the assurance of Amazons guarantee , in my case the negative reviews seemed untrue and they nearly put me off buying.
