Doesn't get better than this for the money. Perfect grind every time. I've had it now for a little while and have had zero issues with it. Creates a nice smooth finish for better arc starts.

This grinder kit is really well built and the angles seem dead on. The stickout holes are also convenient and are much easier to use then my micrometer. The spindle height tool is a cool idea but didn't really work for me. Using the tool, the tungsten contacts the grinding disk either before or after 90 degrees to the radius of the grinding disk (line from the center to outer edge of the disk) which would cause horizontal grinding lines. To minimize the horizontal grinding lines, I had to adjust the height of the disk to move the contact point to 90 degrees to the disks radius. However, now the flat grinding hole is useless and I'd have to adjust it again to use any other angle. Also, half the angles are under the disk so you can't see what you are doing. Next, I noticed very little of the tungsten dust actually stays in the body because the dust makes it's way out of all the open holes. I had to duct tape them all shut to keep the dust contained. Finally, after sharpening 10 tungstens, the disk is already showing signs of wear. The cheap grinder I started with lasted through 50+ before I had to flip the grinding disk. That said, the disk does sharpen the tungsten quickly and precisely and replacements are readily available on Amazon. Overall, this grinding cube does do a good job in grinding a fine point at the correct angle on tungsten. However, It does not contain the dust as advertised, grinds horizontally lines unless you adjust the disk height and I'll have to replace the disks often. That said, this grinder attachment is much better then other sub $100 options I've tried so I'll make it work.

Grinder head seems of good quality. Mated it up to a cheap rotary tool just to test. Think i will leave it as is. Appears to sharpen well. Lots of features for the price. I like it. Would recommend.

I shopped tungsten grinder attachments for some time. I finally pulled the trigger on this option. I liked that it was made in Norway. A couple of outstanding items is the quality of the machining, the finish and the ease of use. This item eliminates any guesswork in regards to the height of the grinding disc. It comes with little screw on gauge that tells you exactly how high to set the mandrel. You tighten it down, remove the gauge and then screw on the large heavy grinder attachment. You then attach the diamond disc and screw it on. It is so solid and precise, it really impressed me. I was grinding tungsten within 5 minutes. the finish and accuracy of the grinds looks excellent. I really feel like this may be the best option for screw on tungsten grinder attachments. I mounted it on a Milwaukee M12 rotary tool. It is rock solid and very portable, can sit on your workbench or be tucked away and pulled out when needed. Pricing on this item was inline with all the other offerings but I think the quality of the build and easy setup makes this the best option.
