Warning - I would caution any potential buyer to not buy this battery. I installed the battery into my laptop to find that it has a zero percent charge. I plugged in to my charger and the battery briefly began charging to a level of 1% and then stopped charging further despite being left for a period of time. I have tried various fixes as recommended for Windows operating systems but with no success.Unfortunately I tried to install 2 days beyond the 30 day return window for faulty items and so Amazon will not accept a return. Instead they say I should contact the supplier direct but as there is no contact information I am left with a useless battery and am forced to buy another. I had previously bought a DR. BATTERY and this has worked well for the last couple of years so would recommend that you try this instead of the HASESS.UPDATE: I have now received a message from HASESS offering a full refund for the battery.

Wow! Laptop wasn't holding charge so replaced it with this compatible battery and now it's working as good as new. The battery arrives well packaged and has the tools required to complete the job. It took all of 20 minutes, so was done in no time at all really. I just made sure I watched some video tutorials before opening my laptop. If I can do it, anyone can!So far it's holding charge just fine. I'll update this review should anything change, but fingers crossed it's going to be good for another 500 charge cycles.Impressive! 5 stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got this as a replacement battery for my HP Envy as it had completely ran flat on battery. This battery came well packed and I was actually deleted when it was the right size. I don't know why that made me so happy, but it did.It was easy enough to replace, but if you have never replaced a laptop battery, its best to get someone who knows what they are doing. It also came with everything you need to remove the screws and fit the new battery.When installed, it gave 4-5 hours of battery life when mixed with watching videos and some light browsing and office work. Would have liked another hour, but sure I am just happy I don't need to keep it plugged in all the time any more.Great battery for the price.

The battery is absolutely useless. I replaced my old battery (which only lasted about an hour on a full charge) with this and the laptop would not even power up even though I charged it for several hours. I even tried to update my BIOS but it would still not power up the laptop. AVOID ! ! ! !

Worked well for a few months and then stopped working properly. On the plus side, the company were very quick to offer me a refund under warranty and I have to commend them for that.

The battery does not hold charge. Will discharge even when the laptop is off in a couple of days. When on the laptop will discharge in about 1.5 hours from 100%. Total waste of money. The battery I discarded was better.

I was a bit skeptical on this since there are so many aftermarket batteries out there.Well, I made a good choice on this one.I now get up to 8 hours of use.My old HP battery was only getting me an hour.Make sure you calibrate the battery which is very important.It will take about a day, but worth the effort to get the maximum output.I will purchase again if needed.Recommended 👍👍👍
