Heavy Duty Kitchen Shears and Multi Purpose Kitchen Scissors, Utility Scissors for Chicken, Poultry, Fish, Meat, Vegetables, Herbs, and BBQ’s

These are the best kitchen scissors i have ever had.

Speaking as a one time professional and now an avid home cook, I give this tool 100%. I have had many pairs of kitchen scissors, including the most expensive brand names in the business, but these are the best and for a fraction of the price. They have several uses besides cutting that will be useful to anyone who needs them. For me, it's all about the blade, the cut and the cleanup.Last night I deboned a chicken quickly, safely and with no waste. I never had to touch a knife and I had perfect control. But the best feature is the fact that the two halves of the scissor easily come apart for cleaning and, just as easily, fit securely back together again. This tool sits right next to my $200 chefs knife in my knife drawer. I use them both every day.

I've had these scissors for almost two years now, and they've held up very well. They are sharp and cut well, easy to clean because it comes apart, and with hand washing, it hasn't rusted yet (knock on wood!). One thing to note is that if you open it too wide to try to cut something large, they will come apart, but not in a dangerous way. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because I wish it came with a sheath or cover so I can travel with it easier. I have a toddler, so when we travel, I'm constantly cutting food into smaller pieces for him, but I need to wrap it in a paper towel so it won't poke holes in my bags.

The scissors are very sharp and appear to be durable. I like being able to separate the two blades to clean the area around the pivot point. I don't need the jar opener that projects out the back of one of the handles and I will never use the fish scaler but these are minor points (I put a piece of painter's tape over the end of the jar opener so I wouldn't scratch myself).

I love using these kitchen scissors! They are very sharp and have been so useful in the kitchen! I've used them not only for cutting, but for their other tools as well. They have a bottle cap opener on one handle, and between the handles they have a set of knurls suitable for opening stubborn twist off lids. I'll be buying more of these soon, for use throughout the house.

The item looks exactly like the picture. It's sharp and easy to clean. I've tried KitchenAid scissors and many others, but they can't compare to the quality of these Kitchenized scissors. Theses scissors are worth the price! If you're constantly buying new kitchen shears because the ones you bought suck, then you should just purchase these scissors. Best purchase ever!

We go through kitchen shears pretty quick here. These seem sharp and durable. Easy to pull apart for cleaning, though I doubt we will use the individual blades as tools as the manufacturer suggests. Only drawback is the screwdriver pry-bar sticking down off the handle. Wish it was removable but so far hasn’t gotten in the way.

These are great kitchen/utility scissors. The are easy to take apart to clean and the bright green color makes them easy to see.

These were ok to start with but when i sharpened them in my knifesharper it made them blunt now no good what so ever
