I’ve had this for a while and used it quite a bit. I haven’t used the shoulder straps because the rollers and handle work so well. It’s amazingly heavy duty and I can put a ton of stuff in there, from my drill and an extra battery to large rolls of tape and any hand tool that I need. There are so many pockets (covered and open) that I must admit to having occasionally forgotten which pocket I put a certain tool in.

I've used this daily for a couple months and it's tough. I have it overloaded and haven't had a problem yet.

Telescope handle broken, not fully open, in first position too short. Can not use it with the wheels.

Would be a great tool bag if it had the better quality weells. They break after few months.
