RHS Desk Diary 2023 Diary – Engagement Calendar, 3 May 2022

I like that this hardback is both beautiful and has a private feeling because it is in book format. There is a vintage illustration for each week. The illustrations are very high quality and the diary has a lovely look and feel. I use this diary to record personal rather than domestic information, and I keep it in a drawer. It is my diary, not the family diary.

A really excellent desk diary with beautiful paintings of flowers. Produced by the Royal Horticultural Society. All sales support its work. Bargain price.

I've received the diary today. Beautiful pictures etc but the whole of the diary smells strongly as if it's been sprayed with some kind of scent, like tumble dry sheets or air freshener, which I don't like. I can smell it as I walk in the room on the shelf and I don't like it. I am returning it as it makes me sneeze every time I pick it up.

When the diary I had been using for years ceased publication I had to find an alternate. I am a member of the RHS and was delighted that they produced a flower diary. I am now on the third year and find it has just the right amount of space to write my daily thoughts plus the beautiful flowers on each week's page. I'll be ordering one every year and am delighted to see what each year's theme flowers will be. They are a great addition to my daily routine.

I bought one last year, and enjoyed turning each page to see the different flowers. I bought one for myself and my daughter this year!
