Disappointed with the misleading reviews claiming this is thick enough for hip thrusts. I barely hip thrust 30 kg and I can definitely feel the bar pinching. I'll need to place a yoga mat or something beneath this to lift heavier weight with hip thrusts as this is just not enough. ouch.

I've been using this for a few months now and can honestly say that it's a great buy for heavier lifts. The padding is good, even at 180kg (and that's hard to find) and the size is slightly bigger than the ones my gym provides which makes it more comfortable to use. Good quality product, would recommend!

Das Langhantelpolster ist wirklich super! Es ist angenehm dick, weich gepolstert und schützt Nacken und Hüfte zuverlässig bei Squats, Hip Thrusts und anderen Übungen. Seitdem nutze ich es regelmäßig und habe deutlich weniger Druckschmerzen. Das Material fühlt sich hochwertig an und bleibt auch bei schwerem Gewicht in Form. Besonders praktisch sind die Klettverschlüsse, mit denen das Polster sicher an der Hantel fixiert werden kann – nichts verrutscht während des Trainings. Auch optisch gefällt es mir sehr gut. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die komfortabler und schmerzfreier trainieren möchten! 💪
