the box it came in and the packaging makes it look used. I wouldn't have minded if it was for me but this was intended as a gift and I don't feel comfortable gifting something that looks second hand!Upon second inspection, the toy itself is really bad! It is not all wooden, some of the pegs are plastic! And there are really bad glue marks on the base of each peg. The blocks that screw into the peg are terrible too! One of them is stuck and I can barely move it and one is completely slanted. I am returning this!

Bought this for my 18 month old granddaughter. She loves it. Sorting out the shapes is difficult for her age but sure she will soon be able to put them in the right place. Good sturdy toy. Came on time.

I always prefer buying wooden toys as they are safe and long lasting. This is a sturdy and well made toy which met all my requirements and not to mention the lovely giraffe which is my daughter’s new favourite pet.

Really great product. My two year old found it a challenge which is a positive has I needed something to challenge him a bit and keep him interested.

It is beautiful and very well made with a good finish and lovely smooth edges. Shapes sorting is a good challenge for my toddler, it is best Educational toy for a reason.
