Me encanta esta ducha! Estoy verdaderamente enamorada de ella. Al principio me sentí decepcionada porque la luz no prendía ni tampoco la pantalla, dejé pasar unos dias pensando que posiblemente al dejar correr el agua el problema se resolvería, cuando vi que el problema seguía entre al foro de clientes, preguntando si a alguien le pasaba lo mismo y mi sorpresa fue que un agente de servicio al cliente me contacto inmediatamente para ayudarme a resolver mi problema, así lo hice y solo tardaron unos días para enviarme un reemplazo. Estoy tan encantada con mi ducha, como con el servicio al cliente. Gracias AlenArt por tantas atenciones. Realmente recomiendo esta ducha siento que estoy en un Spa de lujo y cada vez que la uso la disfruto mucho. Tengo algunos días con ella y espero no falle, es verdaderamente hermosa.

The unit was bent up pretty bad and the display didn't work I had to put wires back together and fix the metal and the top has no cover over it and only one shower head at a time works can't turn more than one on at a time which kind of defeats the purpose

I really wasn't sure this would work for me since I am handicapped but I felt like I was in Heaven. . I sat under the rain fall and I never wanted to get out of the shower. It was like a Dream

I purchased this item back in Feb 2023, and installed in May 2023. The product developed issues, the lights stopped working and some rust developed on the shower metal tube as well as under the temperature viewing.I contacted them and all they asked me was to send them pictures of the parts in question and sent me a NEW replacement within a few days.Even though this is not the greatest product, We love taking showers with this device and will be looking forward to using the new unit that I just got.I want to emphasize the fact that this company stands behind its product and did do what I was expecting to make me a happy customer.And no, I did not get asked by them to write a review or offered the new replacement for a review, like other companies that have done that to me.

I like the look only. I wish I hadn't installed it because the water pressure is not what I'm used to, the lcd stopped working only after a few weeks, and non of the shower heads run simultaneously like the picture. I couldn't return the shower because it took my workers time to install and my mother had just passed away. we renovated the bathroom because of her and she never got to see it.
