These bowls have just the perfect size to accommodate a generous portion of cereal, soup or salad. They feel very high quality, with a delightful glaze. I've gotten compliments from guests after hosting a dinner.Compliments also to the way these were packaged - someone put a lot of thought into ensuring these arrive in perfect condition.Highly recommended.

I needed bigger bowls for salads, and bowls that could handle a can of Campbell's Hearty Soup, about 19 ounces. Regular salad and soup bowls aren't big enough for a real salad, or a meal's worth of soup. So I ordered these to go along with a white porcelain plate and bowl set I had already purchased. They said they were off white, and they are. But just a tad. So, I might have a couple different whites going on. Doesn't bother me. In the bathroom, I have white walls, white towels, white shower curtain, white bath mat, and they are all slightly different whites and they all get along fine. These are a bit heavy to be called porcelain. Maybe technically they are, but if you are looking for delicate (and I wasn't) these are not. These are good, big, sturdy, off-white bowls - just as advertised.

I use these more than all of my other bowls! Great for fruit and chili!

These are great bowls and big enough to hold a large amount of soup, stew, salad, chili, etc.They don't get overly hot in the microwave and wash up well in the dishwasher.My only complaint is that they seem a bit overpriced, which is why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

These bowls are a great size for ramen and other loaded soups and stews. They might be a bit to small for Pho but that depends on your preferences. I would go bigger for Pho.Nice quality dishwasher safe. I've not tried in the microwave.I'd buy again.
