Docky is designed to hold and protect all types of eyewear. The foam tape attaches to a variety of surfaces so you are free to mount it just about anywhere. The tape leaves no residue and is safer, and more flexible than screws or nails making applying it to any surface fast and easy. Although you may apply it to a variety of different surfaces, because of the bonding strength of the adhesive, it is not recommended for use on plaster or wallpaper. If applied to such surfaces, be extra careful when removing Docky by gently and slowly removing the tape. It is highly advised that the surface you are applying Docky to is dry and clean. Like most tapes, the surface must be free from grease, dirt or other contaminants that can affect the adhesion ability of the tape. Surfaces can be cleaned by rubbing lightly with a cleaning material such as isopropyl alcohol, or washed using a mild soap or detergent in warm water, and rinsed thoroughly with clean water. Always ensuring the surface is dry before applying the tape. Docky comes with double-sided tape already affixed to the back - all you have to do is: 1. Remove paper-backing from adhesive tape 2. Ensure oval opening at top is facing upward 3. Apply Docky to designated surface 4. Press firmly for at least 10 seconds to ensure good surface contact The team here at MySpecFinder is passionate about Docky and designed it to be totally functional and flexible. While we like to be inventive, we believe there is a difference between trend and innovation and it’s our job to figure out which is which. Instead of creating just another product, we set out to offer something different, and we think you’ll agree that we did just that. Allow us to introduce you to Docky, the “Dock them. Find them.” device that will help you find your glasses every time and when you need them. Docky makes life with glasses easier - guaranteed. Add to your cart now!

Good idea - poor adhesive
As with many others, I had problems with the adhesive. The holders would fall off the wall after only a day or so. I took the advice of some other posters and removed the included adhesive and put on the command strips. Now, they stay on the wall just fine. Overall, I love them. We have a row of them next to our key and mail holder in the hallway to put all of our pairs of sunglasses. I fit two pairs of sunglasses per holder. I will probably order another set to use elsewhere now that I know to just remove the included adhesive and put on the command one.

These really help
These are really helpful. I wear reading glasses and have over a dozen pairs around the house, but never where I need them! I installed the Dockies in the areas where I most often need my reading glasses: on the wall by my bed, in the family room and on the computer in my home office. They seem solidly attached and I noticed that they can hold more than one pair of my reading glasses. I'll have to get another set for the office.

Handy gadget
Works great! Keeps glasses handy and out of the way. Funny thing happened just before I got this email, the tape gave way and holder fell off. Apparently the tape this year is not good. Have had problems with tape on other items.

it's fine until you put glasses in it
We tried to stick it on 2 different surfaces, it's fine until you put glasses in it. Can not hold the eyeglass weight

If you don't mind using super glue to make them stick then buy, I love them but they don't stay up.
Bought 20 of them, stuck them on a wood painted wall and they all fell off had to super glue them on, that worked.

Good one.
Just what I needed. The glue is strong and holds lenses without problem.
