I am proof this process works.
I purchased this book and started fasting on Mondays and Thursdays, two days per week. On the days that I eat, I eat normally. I don't eat junk food and I don't snack. I eat healthy normal meals. I have started walking 2 miles on the treadmill but even then, I don't walk each and every day. In two weeks, I've lost 8 pounds. Today is Monday, so I'm fasting. Just got off the treadmill and I feel great. I can do this. I recommend following this process. You will find something that works for you. Best of luck to you. I also joined a game called dietbet. It's online and gives me support and motivation.
