Very bad quality

The sand doesn’t go all the way down and is stuck at the top.

A great conversation piece, but too pricey for the size.

Out of the box this product does not work. Daughter sat there for hours waiting for the sand to fall. It never did. Had to jiggle it constanly to get the bubbles to move, then the whole thing would fall and create a cloudy mess that, when settled, was just smooth sand. No mountains. Instructions are poorly written in broken English. They tell u to adjust the bubble using a syringe by adding or taking away air. However there is no standard of measurement. And where I come from, one can't just go get a syringe.

Not at all as advertised. The sand falls so fast you can’t make a landscape. The instructions say to use the “stabilizing syringe” to add more or less air if needed, but none included in the package and no indication on where to get one. Absolute waste of money.
