My kids love this supplement. I am more lax than most parents when it comes to sugar coating on vitamins so it didn't bother me, but other parents might have an issue. The taste and texture are great! We can tell a difference in health when we don't take consistently. Make sure you take a day off every 6 days to make sure you don't build up resistance!

I am a person that hates to swallow pills, so I try to find everything in a gummy if possible. I came across these and LOVE them. My vitamin D levels were very low, so my doctor recommended taking D3. I will admit that I took them for 3 months and my levels didn't change, so I upped the amount I was taking and that still didn't work. I did some research and found out that some people need to take vitamin K with the D3 and that did it for me. I was able to drop back down to what my doctor had recommended. I live in Florida and grew up believing that I could get enough D from the sun, but found out that it's not true for everyone.

Did it again! All melted, these need to be put on a cold pack. Need to improve, I think to much Sugar is causing it to melt? Was looking forward to using. Ship with ice bag. I live in Fairbanks, Alaska, so taking Vitamin D is pretty much required. I love this one because its a super tasty way to get my vitamin in. Most gummy vitamins are pretty nasty - bad texture, crummy taste. This is scrumptious. I could probably eat the jar as a snack, if it were an actual candy! There's sugar in it, of course, but I'm fine with that. The lemon flavor is also excellent, but I personally prefer the berry. Subscribe & save on this is worth it. Much cheaper here than in stores (at least in Alaska!).
