I purchased this chair because I heard great things about its quality and comfort. Indeed, the chair itself is excellent – well-built, sturdy, and incredibly comfortable. It's clear that a lot of thought went into its design and craftsmanship. However, my positive experience with the product was completely overshadowed by the abysmal delivery service provided by Amazon.When I placed my order, it was explicitly stated that two delivery agents would deliver the package to my doorstep. I live in an independent home, and my address includes that I stay on the second floor. Yet, upon arrival, the delivery agents refused to bring the package up to my home, claiming the address didn’t specify it needed to be delivered to the second floor. Seriously? Is this the level of service Amazon provides? Why was it mentioned that two delivery agents would deliver the package to my doorstep if they were just going to abandon it downstairs?The chair is quite heavy, but fortunately, I was strong enough to carry it up myself. But what if I wasn’t at home? What if my family, who might not have been able to lift such a heavy package, was there instead? The outcome could have been a complete disaster. This experience was infuriating and utterly disappointing.Amazon needs to take a hard look at their delivery services and ensure that their promises are kept. This was a massive letdown, and it's frustrating to think about how easily it could have been avoided. If you’re going to make promises about delivery, then follow through with them. This experience has left me questioning whether I'll order from Amazon again in the future. The product is great, but the delivery service was the worst I have ever encountered.

Looking at the price I thought chair will be of a reasonable quality but it is not. It is made up of a very low quality material. Don't go for it.

I really like this chair. It gives comfort ,hand rest adjustment , height adjustment and proper moving. Overall performance is very good as I expected.

The media could not be loaded. Hi,Ordered this product on 24th July 2022 and writing this on 17-Aug-2023, just crossed the warranty period.I was feeling back support little loose so I checked it by removing the bolts and found that it has been cracked near bolt mountings.I contact DaUrban for this along with video and invoice copy. Since the warranty was over, I still requested them to consider this in a good faith as this is a hidden area and difficult to inspect, also just 20 days above warranty, though the crack might have initiated during warranty only. and they refused it.now the entire chair is of no use.writing this just to express my feeling that even after paying a good amount the quality of chair is not justified. and for everyone awareness to inspect this area regularly.Thanks

Hi,I received a broken chair but thanks to Da urban company they have sent me replacement parts and technician free of cost.Th product is good but not worth of 8000. The price should be near about 5000-6000.The chair does not have hard plastic back support which makes the upper part of the chair wobble.Overall a good product and it should not be of any problem if used by a light weight person.

Looking at the photos, you would say it does looks good. But wait. Here is my review of the product:- arm support could be spaced out a bit more- For me the chair could not be 100% straightened out. Perhaps that was one bas product. But that means i could not work or study on it.- Pro: is that its cheaper, easy to assemble and blue color looks good to the eye.
