Macs Coffee Helper One at A Time Filter Plucker

This product is for people like me, who get anxious about weird things. Misshapen and flat coffee filters, for example.I ordered this back in January, and it’s July now, so I’ve had plenty of practice, and I use it the same way all the time now, so I’m ready to review.It took a bit of trial and error. At first, I thought I’d wasted my money. The filters stuck together, and I found that I was spending more time than before trying to get them apart and shaped appropriately.Here’s what I do:I only put two weeks of filters in at a time, and I completely separate each filter before putting them in the container. So I pull each one apart and lightly stack them, then put the stack of 14 in the container at the same time. It only takes a minute or two every two weeks, and the filters come out perfect every time.I haven’t needed to replace the sticky stuff yet, it’s still very effective.A lot of people won’t appreciate this product. That’s not a judgment on anybody. But some folks are fussy about things and some aren’t. This product is for fussy folks.🥰

I love this thing! It’s nothing fancy but it works perfectly. So much easier than trying to separate the filters by hand. It is a plain white plastic dish with a lid with a plunger built into it that has a small piece of putty on the end. It grabs the top filter and holds onto it. After you use it enough you have to put another piece of putty on it, (available for a few dollars at Walmart). I highly recommend this item after using it for several months. I will definitely buy another if I ever wear this one out, but after several months of use it is no worse for wear.

Perfect holder for coffee filters. Works great 1 stack of filters at a time, but not as well when stack is down for the last few filters. I have had for a few months now and the tacky blob is holding on.

THE FILTER PLUCKER HELPS WITH TAKING THE FILTERS ONE AT A TIME IN STEAD TAKING THEM OUT OF THE BAG. PLUCKING THE FILTERS ONE BY ONE IS COOL. IT'S BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKING.

Simple little device that makes mornings easier. After almost 2 1/2 years of almost daily use, I still love this thing. It works well and we're still on the first piece of 'poster putty'.A couple of tips from experience...After you 'feather' your filters as described in the instructions, turn them 'inside out' before you put them in the filter holder -it helps keep them from sticking together and they work there same in your coffee maker.Push down slowly on the handle -you're not playing 'whack-a-mole'. Slow firm pressure does a good job of picking up a filter almost every time.

I was looking for an easier way to store my coffee filters. Every time I would try to fish out a filter from the bag I would end up grabbing more than one then have to try and struggle to put it back into the bag which would destroy the filter. Purchased this filter holder and don't regret it. It's totally a luxury item but it does have an extremely useful function. Push the top down, open the top, pull off the single filter from the sticky putty, replace the lid and you're done. No more fighting with multiple filters.

It is so flimsy made and the adhesion pad is like a dot of gum.
