Raspberry Ketones by ZenVita Formulas 123

I've just been using the nutribody 100% PURE Raspberry Ketones - 500 mg. for 10 days now and I haven't seen any results. Since there are no adverse effects, I'll continue using it till the bottle is empty. I must admit I just used it twice a day. I can't seem to remember to take it 3 times a day on an empty stomach. Diner is usually outside, and i forget to take the capsules with me.

I haven't noticed any change yet. But am just taking it once a day. I am counting calories and working out 5 days a week, so I was hoping to see some sort of difference just taking it once a day. Will be trying twice a day to see if there is any improvement.

I have not lost any weight, but I can see where this product would be helpful. I have only taken in the morning, and I think the recommended dose of 2-3 per day is needed. I plan on continuing with a more dedicated try. Just a bit of raspberry after taste, but is pleasant.

I have almost finished my first bottle of the Raspberry Keytones. I have been taking a pill before breakfast and lunch and I have noticed that they really suppress your hunger without feeling jittery. They also have been great for a good nights rest. I will be ordering this again.

I haven't been taking these for long, maybe about 2 weeks. I started out taking 1 in the morning. At first I had raspberry burps, but that has stopped. After the first week I am taking 2 a day. I have noticed an increase in energy. It doesn't make me jittery though. And I have noticed after taking them, I am not "starving" and feel like I need to eat a lot. My meals have gotten smaller in size since I get fuller, faster. In general I feel like I have more energy, which is important because I have fatigue due to my MS. I think I have lost about 4-5 pounds. Nothing major, but then again I am not exercising. I am going to stay on track and finish the bottle, hopefully working up to 3x daily.

I am very disappointed in this product. With all the hype and great reviews I decided to give it a try and had high expectations. I bought two bottles to get the free shipping and two weeks into taking it, I still have not lost 1lb, it has not curbed my appetite one bit and I definitely don't have any extra energy. I wanted to contact the seller to see if there was a money back guarantee but I cannot find a contact seller option at all. In my opinion, this is just another weight loss scam that doesn't work.

I have been taking this product for about 2 week now and have found that it really does help me control my appetite. I take 1 capsule 1/2 to 1 hour before meals and find that when I do eat, I eat much smaller portions and feel satisfied. I have even forgotten to eat lunch a few times because I just didn't feel the need to eat. These results are after about 2 weeks of use and I will likely purchase another bottle or two if these results continue. I haven't really noticed any weight loss as yet, but I am sure this will change soon. I wish to state that these are my results and I you will have to try the product to see how it works for you. I do recommend trying it though.******Update*********I am on my second bottle now and can report that the appetite suppressant in this product really works. Due to the holidays, I cannot really report weight loss, but I can definitely report that I have not gained a pound! Last year I gained at least 9 pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas (cookies, candies, great foods), but this year I ate less...much less because of the Raspberry Ketones. I took them every day, 3 times a day before meals and I ate much less than without the product. I have tried other Raspberry Ketone products but they did not work as effectively as this formulation. These are 500mg each which, for me, seems to be the right strength for appetite suppression.

I did not like the fact to take it 1/2 hour to and hour before with water. I did not see much results at all. In fact I think I gained weight. I would not buy this again.No problems with the seller and the packaging or timing on delivery.
