Tepui Baja Series XL Mesh Tent: 4-Person 3-Season Gray, One Size

Happy with the tent overall, but a couple issues to point out. First, the description of the tent is correct. It is the no see um mesh tent, not the nylon tent shown in the photo. Second, the rain fly is confusing as there are no instructions and no information to be found with Tepui or on YouTube. Finally found a photo showing how it looks installed. It utilizes all 8 rods...the straps on the sides do not connect to the rain fly from what I can tell. Also, it’s a bit tricky to install the rain fly rods to the base. Have to find the correct angle and they push in about an inch into the base. The rain fly did hold up well in 20-30 mph wind. Lows were 50 degrees on our first trip and kids and I didn’t feel cold with just the mesh tent. Probably going to search for the nylon tent at some point or try the insulator or weather hood. Not sure which way is best for colder nights.
