Some people may be unaware of how to do this and it is a bit of a faff.It will not play or recognise it until you do and the giveaway is that at the start of discs there is a warning for FBI anti-piracy laws...Buyer beware!

Classy, intelligent and riveting series . This is something else, well written with twists and turns at every corner.

What an amazing season!!!Definitely a must watch

After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit hesitate to purchase this DVD set but I had enjoyed Dexter the complete series and wanted to see what happened to Deter in the end. I am glad I did, yes I agreed it was not like the original series but good in its own right and I personally found the story lines quite dark.

This new series of Dexter, is very very different from what you remember of the original, firstly all the warm sunshine has been replaced with heavy snow, and the nice little air conditioned apartment is now a log cabin in iron lake New York the new home of Dexter Morgan, now known as Jim Lindsey (a little nod to the author of the books there with the new surname) this series is very good it's several years in the future, Dexter hasn't killed for ten years, his sister Deborah lives in his head now rather than his foster father Harry, the Deb in his head is a bit much sometimes though. We also re-meet Dexter and Rita's son Harrison who's come to find his father after the death of his stepmother Hannah. I'll leave it there as I don't want to ruin it for you. But this I can say it was well worth waiting for. Highly recommend.
