Have these for both my mares in different colors, and they are the best. Keep the saddle so secure. Comfortable for the horses. Closer contact than a lot of pads. Really perfect, when you have a good fitting saddle!

As usual high quality and perfect fit. For reference I use a skirt-less saddle. Horse is short back normal confirmation. This brand carries pads to fit all unique needs of horses backs. I always come to this brand when I am in need of a comfortable fit for horse and rider. Horse loves it! No soreness or dry spots! Perfectly even sweating under pad. Thank you!

I needed a new saddle pad, but wanted something contoured to fit better under my Colombian Endurance Saddle, plus, I was looking for something with a bit of "Southwest" print. This pad is perfect; the quality is good, colors pretty true to the picture (although a tiny bit darker), and fits perfect. My horse has a shorter back so I needed a pad that wasn't so long on his back; this one fits nicely.

so pretty, looks great with my little round skirt saddle. A little pricey, but seems like it will last.

Reinsman has great products, but they missed the mark on this one. I have mostly Reinsman, Circle Y, High Horse, and Tucker tack. I have several of their contour trail pads, in various materials (fleece, Tacky, and their CoolBack with ultra-suede top [I seriously wish they'd bring that back as it is the best pad ever!]), but all measuring 28" to 29". This time, I needed an actual 30" pad. This is labeled as a 30" pad, measuring back to front where the bars of the saddle sit. However, they included the binding on the edges in this measurement. The actual pad, which you can feel, only measures 28", which does not cover the entire bar area on some saddles (16" and 17" western, High Horse brand! Made by the same company as Reinsman!); thus, not enough protection between horse and saddle. The binding actually sits under the saddle bars; a good way to make your horse sore from rubs. Ouch! Reinsman would do well to call this a 28" pad and add an actual 30" model to their catalog. Some other pad makers have done this already with their contoured trail pads, and I had to go with one of theirs. I do like the contoured trail style because I can't always use a square pad on some horses due to interference/rub with the hip. A contoured trail pad is a great design for that. Even if it's a contoured trail pad, we sometimes actually need a 30" pad. A 28" pad is also very much needed on the market, but offering both would have most everyone covered. Reinsman, when you get an actual 30" contoured trail pad on the market, I'll be among the first to buy it!

Came well packaged and on time. Well constructed. Even though my cow horse bred QH is not typical built (she is broad and does not have a very prominent wither) the pad fits well with no sore or dry spots after use and does not slide around when mounting or while riding. But then, my saddle fits her well.

In the last 25 years I have used many different styles of pads. I chose this one because of it's grippy bottom that also helps keep my horse cooler and the Navajo top looks great.
