Superb product. I use these to make homemade hot chili oil. It adds a nice spicy flavor to plain rice, fried rice, and any other Asian dishes. Besides the spiciness added, it also has excellent flavor. Will buy again!

I was looking forward to real Szechuan peppers. These are not and frankly am extremely disappointed. I can stuff 2 of these into my mouth and there is no real capsicum heat whatsoever. Nada. Zip. Maybe a slight trace when I tried 4 at once. I cooked with 10 peppers in a stir fry which should have blown our mouths off. Not even enough heat as compared to a single real pepper.Be warned at stay away.I’d give this product a zero or negative review if I could. But am required to give one star.

All of a uniform size, not broken, no shards, pieces and seeds in the bottom of the bag, the color and flavor is great. Excellent product.

If you're a chili-head seeing "szechuan" and thinking, "sear your mouth hot" you'll be disappointed. That's not what these peppers are. What they are is flavorful, with a heat that sneaks up on you over time. I use them to make chili oil and they impart a great fragrance, flavor, color, and warmth to the oil. Perfect to add to any dish (especially as a dip for dumplings!)If you really want extra heat, consider adding some hotter chilis into the mix. If you're more interested in heat than flavour, just get some capsicum extract and chug it. But if you want a flavourful pepper to add to stir fry or chili oil, these are a good choice.

Not as spicy as I would have preferred, I've purchased these twice. The first time, the peppers were covered in mold and had to be tossed. this last batch however was great as far as mold goes and has kept fairly well. Definitely recommend if you aren't looking for something too spicy.

There are less expensive options for these peppers, but pay a few more dollars for faster delivery. I purchased some that were shipped from Thailand and I got impatient, so I ordered these so I could proceed with my recipe. Now that the others arrived, I have a mother lode of peppers. This bag is generous sized and the peppers are nice and spicy. I recommend!

The bag I bought had very little heat/flavor

Looked light so I weighed it on my kitchen scale, still in bag 3.1 oz. Weighed just the bag, .310 oz.. Could be the best peppers in the world, but your only getting 3/4 of stated weight.5/24/17 updated my review to 5 stars, seller contacted me and sent a replacement.
