Krusell Multidapt Carholder Kit - Black

If you love versatility and don't like giant ratcheting clips that are so popular that hold your phone or device a foot out from your waist just begging to be knocked around or batted off, then you might appreciate this product line. I have this portion of it mounted on my car dash and am glad I purchased it. The other part is attached to my mp3 player I like how it works both on my waist and attached to this holder.

I own a case and a belt clip as well as this adapter for my car, and I have been very happy with both. The construction is great quality, and it is very durable. I have tried many things before, but none have been as well thought out and made as these Krusell products.

This thing thinks the way I do. It clicks into it's holster and then on the dash of my car... Great product.

I recently bought my first GPS unit, the Tom Tom One, and quickly found out that mounting it on the windshield is illegal in the state of California. So, out goes the suction cup holder, which was flimsy and mounted it too far from my reach anyway.I tried using velcro, which worked okay, but the GPS unit was wobbly and hard to use. I'd have to take it off, input the location then stick it back on.The Krusell Carholdic Kit, in addition to the Krusell Phoneholdic Kit, was the perfect solution to mounting the Tom Tom on my dashboard. I can't stress enough how well it works.The Krusell Carholdic Kit is the mount that goes on the dashboard. It's the female half, whereas the Krusell Phoneholdic Kit is the male half. You stick the Cardholdic mount on your dashboard, which looks like it should be there and has a sturdy feel. You just peel the backing off and stick it on.The Phoneholdic Kit contains the mount that sticks to the back of the GPS unit. Peel and stick then use either the round Swivel knob or the MiniClip by snapping it in place (both come with the Phoneholdic Kit). I used the MiniClip because it provides the best hold.You're done!You've made your Tom Tom into a portable unit that can clip on your belt or onto the Carholdic mount on your dashboard. It looks and works great!

The product itself is excellent. It does just what I needed, to mount a Sat Nav unit on the dash on my car. The female part, the main bit that you fit to the dash is very small and compact so hides away nicely. Before I found this, I was trawling the net looking at magnets and systems like that - none of which would hold a Sat Nav GPS unit (mine is a TomTom weighing 250g).When I found this, it looked to be spot on. It comes with pre attached 3M tape so just a matter of alcohol wiping the area before applying, leaving for a few hours to set and job done. It also has a tiny screw attached which you can use if you like.The male part that clips onto your phone/sat nav didn't have anything, so I used some No More Nails tape, which is amazing stuff in general. That went on the back of the nav box and done.Works perfectly, held in place nicely and is very discreet.Seller was brilliant, excellent comms and very good service!
