I have waited a week since receiving this product before giving a review since I wanted to actually try this product before reviewing it. A little background about my health history before I get to my review so that everyone can understand where I am coming from with this review. I am about to turn 32, in January, had my left thyroid lobe removed due to the possibility of cancer, and also have PCOS and hypertension. When I went in for surgery in January, I weighed in at my heaviest, 270 lbs (I'm 5'7" with a large bone frame). And while I didn't start this product back then, after surgery, I dropped down to 250. Then hit a plateau in June. Like a HARD plateau. No matter what I do/did, nothing was budging on the scale. This included the Keto Diet and daily exercise and playing with our 70+lb dog, Eddie, who goes hard with play time for HOURS. The Keto Diet actually put on pounds, and I was back up to 261 as of last week and had not gone to the bathroom for a bm.So here I was, backed up, and miserable. I was ready to try anything. And I have tried various diet pills. A few things I really like about this product: the ingredients are herbal/natural in nature. There are no stimulants so no shakes or increased heart rate (which is great for that whole hypertension thing). There's a probiotic in it which helps keep you balanced. The appetite suppressant works wonders. My brother and I have a weekly luncheon at our favorite Mexican restaurant. I have to do smaller orders than I used to (not that smaller portions are bad, mind you) and even then I struggle getting through a small order of food.Then there's the detox part. Here's where I had a couple days worth of "issues" with it. Now, coming from someone who hadn't had a bm in a few weeks, I suppose it shouldn't be an "issue". Where the "issue" came in was that the detox portion kicked in during my busiest hours at the office (our office being a medical one). This only lasted a couple hours each day over the span of two days, and was manageable, and has since no longer happened. I do have regular, daily movements, which is great. I haven't weighed myself since I weighed in at 261.4 last week when I started the product. Today (5 Aug 2017) I weighed in at 254.4. I don't know if the weight dropped in the past week has just been from all the backed up stuff that is now gone, but I can say that I don't feel as sluggish, backed up, or hungry. I don't find myself craving sweets. And I do find myself craving water!I do take this on an empty stomach, as the directions state, with water with my morning medications. It doesn't mess with my other medications, and if I do have the "burps" from it, it tastes like raspberries, which I am assuming is from the raspberry ketones that are in it. Which is not nearly as bad as some of the other diet pills I have tried. Overall, I would recommend it to others. As with any diet pill, know that there is nothing that is a magic pill in a bottle, not even that is prescribed by a physician. But it has helped me in ways other diet pills have not and because of that I would recommend it to anyone, as long as they are willing to put in the extra effort of staying active and making healthy food choices.

I bought this product because of the 5 star ratings and made the mistake of ignoring the one star ratings. Do not be fooled. This product does not work. I'm not a big eater to begin with, but I wanted something to help me loose a few pounds. This product made me hungry instead of suppressing my appetite. The 5 star ratings that it got is because inside the box there is a note to email them for more info on how to get a free month supply. When you do email them, they ask you to give them a 5 star rating and you'll get your month supply. This is extortion. They're enticing people with a free bottle so they can keep getting 5 stars for an expensive product that doesn't work. DO NOT BUY!

Well I thought I would give it a try because I need to lose 30lbs and suppress my appetite. I truly thought ok it will work for the first day ( placebo affect) and then do nothing for me another waste of $30.But I can honestly tell you that this product works. What I like about it is it actually does what it says it will do. It suppressed my appetite with out the nervous jitters and supplies you with energy. I take two in the morning on an empty stomach and don’t have anything to eat till around one or two.I have something small like a hard boil egg and then run on that till dinner with no hunger or headaches. Plus I can exercise or get a nice 5 mile aggressive walk in with no problem.When 6 pm rolls around I am ready for dinner and I eat a normal dinner usually lower on carbs. But will have a cocktail or two ( not ever night) and then avoid dessert. I have no craving late at night either. The product says you can take a third pill in the evening if need to control appetite or late night cravings but so far haven’t had too.Now for the best part. I have dropped 6 lbs in just 4 days with out feeling deprived. If this continues I will reach my 30lb weight goal in just a few months or less without starving myself.I recommend this to people who like me need to lose weight and get rid of those cravings.It works if you work it so work it because you are worth it.God bless

After 9 days in I have noticed it suppresses the appetite some but not totally. I would have to take another 2 in afternoon to really suppress I bet. I regularly exercise and have watched my diet for a few months now. No major change in weight during the 9 days, about a lb lower at this point. You will need to drink more water for sure. I'll give it another 10 days and see if it really makes a difference. Was hoping the probiotic and cleanse would be noticeable bit can't really tell.

I have been using this product for almost 2 weeks now and find it does help curb appetite. I am less hungry and have less cravings. I take 1 on an empty stomach in the am and another after 3 with 8 oz water. On some days especially when I exercise, I am not eating much and feel full ( not on purpose). I do believe this should be taken with exercise and a healthy diet. I am 51 and for the first time in over 20 years decided to try to eat better. I am very active and workout daily but eat anything I want and felt sluggish and heavy. I decided that it was time to eat better so I use the my fitness pal app to keep up with my daily 1580 calories. At first, I was having a hard time and felt weak and hungry by the end of the day so I would over eat at dinner time. With this product, I am able to get up from the table and not still feel hungry after 1 serving. I do like to eat fresh fruits for an after dinner snack which helps with cravings.I am 5’ 2” and weighed 129 and have lost 6 lbs in 6 weeks. I did try other products in the beginning but this one is the best so far. It is more expensive than the other products but worth it if they work. I am caffeine sensitive so chose this product.
