I'm so glad I bought this garden hose! No more lugging a heavy hose around the yard in the summertime! Also with the 100 ft length, I just need one hose for both sides of the house instead of two. It was well priced compared to other brands that were not rated as highly. Thanks for a good product!

I love the concept of this hose. I like it's compact/light storage size. I like the shut-off at nozzle end. The outer covering frays easily so we'll see how long that holds up. But there is one fatal flaw. Unless you're using the hose on very short runs, well below its expanded size, once expanded at full length, when you turn the hose on it is not able to maintain it's length and starts to shrink again, pulling/retracting the nozzle out of your hand or sprinkler out of place. This significantly limits reach and is annoying when wanting to use the full length. And I have high water pressure. It just doesn't work.

This hose worked for a couple of weeks and then sprang several leaks. I was gentle with this hose because of its price, so imagine my surprise when it was fine one day and the next leaking everywhere? I have no young children nor any other person using this hose and I only use it to water my garden. Upon closer inspection the triple layer latex core had disintegrated in several places and rendered useless to me. I don't know if this is was a previously used or faulty hose. I wrote the seller and had no reply. I'm really upset that I shelled out $59.99 for this. Bad product and service!

This hose is just what we wanted, very ez to handle and wrap up. Great customer service, the 1st hose I rec'd I couldn't use the shut-off valve - it was locked in the closed position. They sent me a new hose and I had in less than 5 days. Couldn't be more pleased.

This is the third brand of retracting hose I've purchased. At first seemed more durable than previous. I only use it for light duty-watering flowers. Started leaking at brass fitting after four uses. Disappointing.

This is one of my worst buys on Amazon. I bought a first one from the same manufacturer the inner lining broke in a month. When I called Amazon they said it was an external product but they were nice enough to return it for me saying it could be a defective piece and would let the vendor know about it. They suggested me to buy and try either the same thing or a different one. I tried the same thing for the second time and that didnt last for long either. I had the second one for may be a month and a week. Same issue with the second one too the inner lining is gone. Its not that I live in the hottest place in the world, the temperatures are mild and sometime get to 85. The manufacturer guaranteed high endurance from this but this is one of the lowest quality product on Amazon.

Stupid thing burst from presure when I turned the water up a little higher then medium. For a hose that cost me $55.95 you would think a little water pressure wouldn't break it. I'm just wondering where all these wonderful reviews came from? Have the people that posted them had the hose longer then a few months, and what water pressure are they using? I do live in the dessert so maybe that had something to do with it, but again when you spend over $50.00 on a hose it should be able to withstand the New Mexican Summer sun. Disappointed is an understatement. My true review of stars is NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. -5⭐ 👎👎

Do not buy!!!!!!! This product is junk. Fittings are high quality. Hose material is inferior and construction is of such poor quality it didn't last 30 days. It leaks at the fitting joints big time. Plus the promised 100 ft. length is a joke. Unfortunately the return timing expired before we got around to returning it. I would hope a manufacturer's warranty would extend beyond the normal Amazon 30 day period. Otherwise, we are $60 poorer and very disappointed. Buyer beware! I can't stress this strongly enough.;
