Fits perfectly on the Cross Country. Just loosen two windshield screws and slip the slotted back down over the screws and tighten down. Simple. Price is steep compared to Harley pouches, but there just aren't any other plug-n-play options for the Cross Country. The clear center pouch works well for a phone, but glare from the sun usually washes out the screen so you can't see it. Obviously not the fault of the pouch, but don't count on it replacing an adjustable RAM mount for you phone. Quality seems good, so if need the additional storage go ahead and buy with confidence this product will meet your needs.

I seen other reviewer saying it didnt fit his and he is correct but I had intended on some modification bc of low profile glass I have. All I did is remove side stitching to allow bags to drape out over and cut the slits deeper to slide down. Hope this helps.

Easy install. It is a little tricky to get seated properly. You have to make sure that there is enough pressure from the bolts on the windshield to hold it in place. I had to add an extra rubber washer to make sure that it compressed the bag properly to hold it in place. I could see how someone might have issues with it coming loose if they didn't make sure there was enough pressure applied. The bag also blocks the air flow from the notch in the windshield. So it does cause a little bit more wind buffeting then without. But overall off the bag fits and works well. It was a nice addition to the bike.

Mounted this pouch and used it over a 6500 mile trip from Chicago to Alaska, down through the Pacific northwest, and back. It performed flawlessly. it was great having access to things while moving. iPass went into a pocket, 5 hour energy bottles into another, snacks inside the big center pouch, and when it rained I put my phone inside the clear pocket. I liked it a lot!

The product is taller than the standard windshield. I also relocate the center pocket upwards so it will fit my 6.6"phone.

This is the only windshield bag made specifically for the Victory Cross Cross Country and I seriously needed some type of additional storage for cell, etc, for cross country travel. Hopnel makes quality products so I had no worry there. So I went to every.source I could find to make sure this would fit my 2016 (OEM) Cross Country Tour. Everywhere I found fitment info or reviews said the same thing - fits the 2010-2017 OEM Cross Country/Tour. I order and receive the product only to find it DOES NOT fit my bike, with the OEM Touring Windshield! There was no documentation whatsoever with the item; not even a packing slip with return instructions, or tips on installation (even though installation seems to be a "no-brainer"). So even though it appears to be "well made", Hopnel really didn't do the full job here. As a result they have one customer who, if I even buy another such motorcycle product, will likely look to other sources. Amazon deserves some of the credit here also. They should have included the usual shipping documents.

This wasn't cheap so I'm surprised by its weak attachment method - pinches under they top 2 windshield bolts by friction. I tightened it as much as I felt wise, till the windshield began to deform under the bolts, but in spite of that it's come off TWICE while riding. Caught it both times, by luck, and was able to hand to my passenger who could hold it till we could pull over - this is zero fun on the highway. God forbid you ride alone and keep something valuable or fragile like a cell phone in there...it could become roadkill too easily. There are fitment issues also - quite a gap between its top edge and the curve of the windshield, which is minor really, but the pocket bottoms also hit the top of the dash on a Victory Cross Country (which this was supposedly designed for) preventing you from sliding it down over the windshield bolts far enough to get a solid pinch. An actual hole in the plastic backing plate would have been much more secure for mounting instead of the slot. This seems more like it was intended to be a universal fit product which "can" be used on a Cross Country - just not ideally.
