*Please be aware this review is being written from a completely blind person's perspective.* I love this soap dispenser already, and I’ve only had it less than 10 minutes. I set it up independently within minutes, and there are several things I already like about it. A. It allows you to use your personal choice of liquid soap, unlike another brand which only allows you to use their bottles, which are made for it, and only one size. B. When this dispenses soap, the sound is longer depending on the volume selected, which is really useful for me. I’ve read some reviews saying it’s noisy, I like that because at least I know it’s working! C. Thanks to the reviewer who explained how to turn it on, that was really helpful. The plus button also has a tiny dot on it if anyone’s noticed, which really helps people like myself. D. It feels really nice to the touch, sleek and fits well on my bathroom sink. E. I didn’t find volume 1 quite enough for a handwash, so have mine set to 2. F. I have put vanilla soap in, my favourite scent. I obviously use my hands all the time, and I like them being nice and soft. G. All in all, a great product, would recommend to other blind people, and anyone else looking for a nice soap dispenser. Yes maybe a little pricey, but worth it as you get what you pay for. I also like the little rubber tip just under the dispensing nozzle. H. Really easy to fill. Thanks ELC for this great product. I hope I'm using it for years to come, or at the very least able to buy a new one if this one were to break, would definitely buy this again. One final couple of things I’ve noticed, and really like. How the bottle for the soap is built into the unit as opposed to a separate container, the dial for the twist battery rug is a really good idea. No way they can fall out.

I’ve purchased 3 of these for the price of just over £25 (each) as it was reduced by 33%. I am sharing a comparison video of another brand that I’ve purchased couple years ago - simplyhuman. I read reviews of this brand and I was hesitant due to comment that it looks bigger and noisier. However, I thought if I’m not happy with this brand, I’ll return. So, this brand by measurement did not look too big just 2 cm wider. It is ok for who wants to have a bigger hand soap dispenser if they use often and don’t mind of its look. However the simply human one that I have looks sleek and smaller fits 237ml, this one fits at least 500ml soap. After using simply human for over 2 years, I can say I needed to refill either twice a month or every 3 weeks - this one is used in the kitchen and I use it often. The simply human seems a little quieter and faster to dispense soap whereas this brand slightly noisier and slower. Check out the video. I have decided to keep this brand (the chunkier one) in the kitchen and simply human keep in one of the bathrooms due to the look and space taking up on the sink. If you don’t mind the noise and the “bulky” look, then go with this brand and save yourself £££ as simply human the price has increased from 2020 paid £35 and now over £45 and up to ~£50. Also I don’t use special soap, just purchase ones from the shop in plastic pouches that sell in bulk. p.. No problems with old brand, still going strong 😊

The soap dispenser is excellent. I like the size, and I like that you can adjust the flow and it works very well unlike a couple of others I have tried in the past. I still didn't leave a review, too lazy. But recently, after 2 years or so, it broke down. I emailed the seller with the order number to ask about their lifetime guarantee. To my delight, their response came within a day and in the first email itself they said they will send me a replacement. Another day later the replacement arrived, a shining new dispenser the exact same model. Even I cannot ask for more than that. They didn't ask for a review but that service inspired me to write about it. Great product backed by a fantastic customer support team.

Fantastic in the kitchen clear view of soap can tell when running low

I’ve bought two of these now and both have broken. Poor design with the batteries at the bottom and the seal is no good so the batteries get wet and the unit stops working. It’s a lovely looking despenser but poorly designed for something that’s going to be in a wet environment

I have bought a number of automatic soap dispensers from a variety of manufacturers, and to be fair to them, I have mainly chosen those less expensive. Previous dispensers have either worked for a short while, or seem to have acquired head pains where they dispense a stream of soap, or a dribble, or none at all. Having tried the cheaper end of the market, I decided to upgrade a little. It is still early days, as I have only owned it for a few weeks, but the set up was easy. Put the batteries in (do that first, as you need to turn the dispenser upside down, and it is easier without soap in it at that stage). Turn it back up, fill with soap, and press the button. It worked straight away, and a major benefit is that you can see the amount of soap in the dispenser clearly. Therefore, at the moment I am very happy with this product that seems more robust than many.

Well it replaces a similar dispenser that gave us five years service. I functions well enough. To early by half to judge its durability. I cannot even give any battery life view. So new to our kitchen.

Kupione dwa egzemplarze, są ładne, wygodny otwór do nalewania mydła w płynie, ale jest problem z działaniem. Standardowe mydło jest zbyt gęste, trzeba było rozcieńczyć 1:1 z wodą, żeby wypływało z dozownika i to jest jeszcze do zaakceptowania. Niestety czujniku ruchu w obu dozownikach reagują przypadkowo na ruch ręką, tak jeden raz na 3-5 poruszeń ręką. Próby pobrania miarki mydła jest bardzo frustrująca. To najgorszy wynik z kilku ostatnich używanych dozowników automatycznych i będę zwracał urządzenia.

I absolutely love this soap dispenser easy to use and looks fancy. I’m using it to dispense soap at the kitchen sink and I love that the amount is adjustable. Hold plenty of liquid soap, it also has a 2 year warranty which appealed to me in case something happens to it later on.

Me encanta su diseño, es moderno y decora mucho, de lo mejor su gran capacidad ya que te ahorras estar llenando continuamente el recipiente, el sensor va muy bien y detecta enseguida las manos, el que se pueda regular es genial, pues ahorra jabón y lo adaptas a lo que tú necesites. Lo aconsejo estoy muy contenta con mi compra.

This dispenser works perfectly . the sensor is quick, so no waving your hand around. It puts out just the right amount of soap, and the 17oz capacity lasts a long time (haven’t had to refill yet). It feels sturdy, looks nice on the counter, and keeps things more hygienic with no mess. Great buy for both kitchen and bathroom!
