Extra is a airpump, which is very useful to fil air in balloons. 250 balloons in this package which is very large pack. Balloon quality is very good and colors are very bright. Your money's worth. So many balloons and great quality. It is not easy to inflate the foil balloons so take time to study how to do it. There are no instructions so you need to figure it our yourself.

Lots of stuff included
For the purpose really good. And there is so much stuff included, for that price I’d definitely get it again next year. Although no need for the confetti, that just gets stuck everywhere…Blowing up the balloons is easy if you have an electric pump. But not sure how long it takes if you have to use the hand pump and elbow grease.
