Device isnt working that well as expected
this device doesn't work effectively. Most of the time the alarm doesn't go off. The range limit is also too, 10 ft is the most. No instruction show how to set the security range zone.

I was disappointed at the lack of range
No, I was disappointed at the lack of range. I thought is was more like a gps and would track no matter where it was to my computer or cell phone. A few feet really is useless when you want it to be in a suitcase, purse that you leave in a store, etc.

Worst. Product. Ever.
THE worst product ever. it didn't work right out-of-the-box. I spent many hours online trying to make it work. I wish I would've wasted my time playing solitaire instead. I will never purchase a Protag product again.
