Interesting choice, providing that the glass is cleaned with alcohol the adhesive may hold, however can’t be sure of your extreme weather, specially those hot days in Florida or Arizona.

Q: Do these interfere with wireless charging?

Yes it can, depending on where you place it. My phone would not charge with this installed in the center of the phone. I had to move it further down on the phone back for wireless charging to work.

Q: Will it stick to the magnet on a car if u put the self adhesive magnet between the phone and inside the case

I use an OtterBox Defender case. I put the magnet on the back of the plastic shell that surrounds the phone. I have not tried putting the magnet on the inside of the plastic shell, but if the phone is heavy enough, it won't stick well. I also tried putting the magnet on the inside of the rubber (outer) case and that didn't work well because the case stretched a bit.
