Well, I don't open them because they smell weird. But they are really good for you. I've been taking them daily or when I remember for 2-3 months and FINALLY, the enamel on my teeth has recovred so I don't have sensative teeth any more! I feel stronger and more stable, and my bones feel stronger and less achy too.I have been sleeping a lot more than usually (maybe why another reviewer was tired?) and the day before I noticed the difference, I had been out in the hot afternoon sunbathing for 45 mins (vitamin D), later drank 750ml of green juice (K2 comes from greens - in butter the cows eat it, but you can consume it directly too).I like these capsules as they are concentrated and easy to take, no fuss. Definately a useful and valuable part of my healing journey. I plan to buy a pot every summer to top up.

I tried those pills for few weeks, first week I've noticed that I was really tired and weak at first I wasn't thinking that might came from those.
