These are professional quality straps and ratchet binders. I bought these because sometimes I need straps shorter than my 30' models and don't want all that extra to tie up out of the way. I found these to be perfect for those times and bought a second set. The price is good too.

These are the same price for each and much shorter than the Harbor Freight strap that has double the load specification. While these are listed as 15 feet, that is an overall length, not a working length. The strap is in the 13 foot range, so with a couple of wraps on the windless, you get a usable length, hook to hook of a bit over 14 feet. They have a nice solid feel to them, and the locking mechanism for both open and closed work properly. The hooks formed from bar stock are the usual fare with just a dab of weld on the inside to hold their shape.There is nothing extra here, like loops in the webbing to allow hooking the strap back onto itself when encircling something. On the other hand, they seem up to the intended working load and appear as advertised.

Used on racecar Tie downs. Have severs sets and to only ones I will buy. I use the black.
