Appears to be a repack
Just received this today. Once opened you can clearly see it is not official Wizards packaging. The outer plastic is loose and the logo is completely wrong. The box also appears to have been opened from the bottom to ensure the top perforation is mostly intact

Pre-opened
Nice touch with re-wrapping it with Wizards shrink wrap. However, the entire box has been tampered with.Every pack has been pre-opened, with an open "loop" on one side or another (a way to peek into every pack). These loops are indicators that they have been slit open and investigated. Some packs are literally missing cards. And, in the first pack I opened, one of the cards had been replaced upside-down before the thieves re-sealed it.Do not buy.
