The picture does not do them justice.
The paint work is beautiful. It starts at the bottom as an ocean blue and graduates upward to a sky blue then the "ruffles" are a combination of the two colors, ending in the ocean blue again at the scalloped top edge. About 6" X 6". Very nice accent I paired up with a couple of turquoise/light blue seahorses. Very satisfied.

Fine for a bathroom...
Got these for my bathroom, but thought they were just okay....they look exactly as pictured and are very lightweight. They do have holes in the back for hanging and would look nice in the right decor, they just didn't work for me....but I'm sure they would be fine with a different decor.
