Got this bag for a float trip down the Buffalo National River in Arkansas. Had an accident & got hung up in a tree for a few minutes and I didn't have the bag tied securely to my tube. The bag ended up floating a mile downriver before someone in a kayak fished it out of the water and kept it until I could get down there myself. Everything in the bag was bone dry. What a great value!. However, don't put any faith in the little phone case that comes with it - I tried this out before I left home and water gets in right away.

I did a test run in the pool with this bag before taking it out on the kayak. While it did not keep my contents completely dry (the toilet paper roll was warped from moisture) it also didn’t leak and get everything wet. The hand tool surprisingly was almost completely dry. I put in 2 empty kids Klean Kanteens for a little weight then a hand towel then the roll of tp. I the bag did float on top of the water most of the time so I did submerge it a couple times. I’d say as long as it remains in a kayak type boat and is t completely submerged the contents should remain dry. I was pleasantly surprised by the phone case. I put a small flat first aid kit in it surrounded by tissue (again I wasn’t a little more weight than just tissue). Again for the most part it floated on top so again I submerged it several times and even used it as a hand paddle as I really wanted to test it under pressure. No leakage at all. I then put my iPhone X with skin shell in it and took videos of my dog jumping in the pool. I was not brave even to submerge but was satisfied that if my phone is in both bags or gets splashed or a little wet it should be fine.

I use this bag for paddleboarding and it has been fully submerged 2x and everything inside was totally dry! I do use it in the backpack style and it holds 6 bottles of water, bt speaker & phone, asstd spf, keys & snacks with room left over if you really wanted to fill it up and it's super easy to balance as long as you gauge the straps according to the weight. Bungie on bag is great for quick access to flip flops. I got the bright pink bc it was cheaper than the orange and wanted a super bright color for the water (just in case!). The pink is a good hue, not an obnoxious pink.

I strap this to my paddleboard under a cargo net and it is amazing. I have been in the ocean all day with it getting slammed by waves and it has never leaked. It is made very well, looks great and the color is fantastic, bright but nice to look at. It also holds much more in it than I thought it would. I can put a small towel, a bottle of water and 4 beers plus my phone and other small items in it with no problem, and it also has its own small bungee net which is very convenient. I held it under water for 5 minutes just to test it and there were no issues. Now I can go out all day with no worries about my stuff getting wet.

I live in a beach town and we go boating A LOT! I was apprehensive of this bag bc being waterproof was a MUST and I can say I am not disappointed. I can fit two towels, or a towel and a tapestry, a few bottles of sunscreen and tanning oil, phone, keys wallet and a hat with more room. I don't go to the beach or boat without it!

I’m so glad I ordered two of these! So much more useful than expected! I have used it for triathlons and kayaking! Perfect size for my tri gear and wetsuit and the backpack straps make it so easy to take my gear with me while biking to and from my races! The bungees on it are great as well!! It has also been perfect for kayaking trips! Love the lime green!!

We used this bag for anything and everything during our hiking trips in Costa Rica. It holds a ton of stuff and kept camera equipment and everything else perfectly dry. Great color! I think it's also available in smaller sizes.

perfect to take it and all your things with you and drift in a river! The only issue is that the outside started to peel off. Therefore, it lost some functionality!
