Remote broken out of box
Remote does not work. I ordered this TV two weeks ago, then had to travel for work, so I only just tried to turn the TV on and set it up. I’ve tried 3 different sets of batteries in the remote and it does not work. Amazon provides no way for me to request a new remote that I know of. It would be great if Amazon could respond to this review with an option for requesting a new remote.
