Great for pull-up training
Purchased this to help assist me with learning to do pull-ups. This is very strong, I weigh 150 pounds, and this allowed me to successfully complete several reps and sets. Very sturdy band, so far showing no signs of wear.

What we have been looking for
This band is perfect. We wanted something that felt durable and would last. This is it. We've had it for a few weeks now with no issues at all. It is much better than the thinner versions out there.

Fitness bands
The bands are well made. The packaging is very good and product was delivered in excellent condition. The heavier wt bands are wider which i prefer. the yellow is like an oversized rubber band and the red is a notch above that. Those 2 offer very little resistance to me. I wish i ordered bands that had more resistance weight and were wider material. i would order from this company again i just wish there was more guidance on what a 40-80 lb, etc. resistance band means.

Does not have 'iron core' on band
This is a very good quality band, I am to do dead lifts and over head squat, I started with lightest bands. The only problem is that the band does not have the brand name written on it.
