This product is excellent. From what I can tell, it is competitively priced for its size, and the package includes directions for cleaning and caring for the sponge vOnce wet, it is extremely soft and absorbent, holding soap and water well, and doesn't smell at all. Still, it doesn't take too much effort to squeeze it dry. It is about 4 x 5.5 inches, which as an average sized woman I find the perfect size for bathing. The only potential drawback is that if you like a bit of exfoliation from your bathing sponge, this is probably too soft. However, mine does have a softer side and a slightly scratchier (though still soft) side, which is enough for me so far. While it doesn't come with any string attached to hang it from a caddy, I'm pretty sure you could run a string through one of the holes that goes all the way through. It's big and firm enough to sit in my shower caddy without falling out. I recommend this product!

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. The water retention is nice an heavy, but there is no dripping. It dries quickly, but stays a bit moist which is what I wanted from this sponge. There is no scent, which is not always the case. I really would buy this again when I need another sponge. Problem: they last MANY years!!

I ordered two, one was very nice, the other one isn't going to last long before it splits in the middle, it was smaller and had huge holes near the center making it vulnerable to breaking, the other one was larger and didn't have this issue. For the price, I think that that one sent to me should have been eliminated as a dud. They were supposed to be large, one was but the other sure wasn't.

I just got this sponge at the beginning of August. I really like the way it suds up but I don't think it is going to last much longer. It has already had three pieces break off in the last week. If that keeps up there won't be any sponge left pretty soon.Update - 9/8/18 - more pieces have fallen off - I don't recommend that you buy this product.

I forgot how great these things were til I ordered this. No synthetic sponge could hold a candle to the real thing. It holds a shocking amount of water, and gets so soft, but still has enough "tooth" to gently exfoliate. This is as good a sponge as your likely to find – ever.

I love my sponge! Used it last night for the first time with some coconut shower gel I just bought and it made lots of suds. I love that it’s an actual sea sponge and really enjoyed using it. Love everything about it

I bought this sponge for my 12 yr old daughter with sensitive skin. This natural product is super soft and expands nicely when wet. The product is superior to other loofahs I have purchased in the past. I could not find anything comparable in the stores so I was very happy to find this product on-line. It shipped quick and my daughter loves it. I am considering buying more for stocking stuffers.

This is such a beautiful sponge- it's really aesthetically pleasing, it lathers and holds soap really well, and it's the perfect balance of soft and just the slightest roughness to exfoliate a little. It feels really luxurious using it :)

Very pleased with my new sea sponge, which I bought because I decided I didn't want to carry on buying plastic shower poufs which end up getting thrown away into landfill after a couple of months. This natural sea sponge is a great size, fits nicely in my hand. It's really soft when wet yet I definitely feel like I'm getting a good scrub!

This is my second order but it’ll be my last. Yeah it’s about 15cm as said but it’s so unbelievably thin to the point it vanishes in my hand when it’s wet. After 2 uses it started to tear. In comparison- the previous one was much thicker, and therefore easy to use, and it was very durable- it lasted about 2 years with minimal tearing. I regret buying this second one. Not worth the money.

When the sponge arrived in its little packet I thought this is not the size I ordered and I decided to return it, but I changed my mind and I am so glad I did. When I ran it under the tap it suddenly blossomed into a beautiful sponge, even bigger than the size described by the seller and in the bath I couldn't wish for better.

I bought this as had one many years ago when I visited Greece, it smelt of the sea every time I used it until it fell apart, this one smells of nothing, I am very disappointed and it wasn't cheap, I wanted the sea smell to remind me of happy days, this did not happen

I've purchased 4 Sea Sponges now from various different brands and sellers on Amazon, for me this sponge is the highest quality one I've used so far. I don't find it as soft as other sponges I've previously used but it's by no means rough and it does a great job of exfoliating, I've noticed my skin feels smoother for having used it. The sponge I received measures about 5.5 inches and compared to previous sponges I've purchased it seems to be more durable.

A bit expensive but quality is excellent and should last a fair amount of time. Most important is to make sure you rinse off the soap and water after each shower/bath. very happy with product :)

I think single person should own a natural sea sponge. They're environmentally friendly, last for ages, are a natural exfoliate and with just a small squirt of shower gel (I use Foamburst) you can do your entire body. And it feels like a luxurious treat!!Cant recommend highly enough. Mine was £15 and I know it will last me at least a year.

Natural Sea Sponge, much better than other types of sponge, for my dry & sensitive skin. Good to have instructions included on how to care for sponge.

I have had the sponge a couple of weeks and am enjoying using it. It is very soft when wet and gives a luxurious wash. The size is good and it is a lovely shape. Would recommend it.

Natural sponges vary greatly each time you buy them and are always better non bleached as this helps them last longer the latest sponge I received from this seller is bulbous and superb
