Ordered this to replace one that had plastic threads that stripped out, brass is more duable and expact this to last.

I used this as a replacement for the cheap plastic one in my RV. Worked out great.

It installed pretty easy the additional plumbers tape helped but the plastic twist part is not connected to the metal part underneath so when you try and attach the hose the plastic part just spins freely and doesn't screw onto the hose. I basically have to twist the hose around it and the plastic piece makes it way harder. It doesn't leak and once you're connected it's fine but it's poorly designed or the one they sent me sucks.

I bought this to replace the cheap plastic one that came originally on our RV. It’s easy to pop out the original city water connection & put this in its place & it’s all metal on the inside where it counts.

I was expecting some cheap plastic inlet , instead I got a well built hose hookup plus Teflon tape

Fit perfect. Spare filter screen. Sturdy metal housing.
