Not what it describes as engraved photo more like stammped on photo crooked and already showing signs of ware on the photo very poorly done not at all like described and I going on two weeks and no one has gotten back with me about returning or replacing this wallet very unhappy about the service from the seller 😠😠😠😠👎👎👎

This wallet is garbage! Please tell me what you see in this photo? This is supposed to be a dog.. 0 stars!! The seller won't take this trash back because it's personalized. If you want a wallet that actually has a decent photo engraved on it DO NOT use this seller!!!!

This is a very beautiful and well-made item. We bought this wallet for my husband from the kids for Christmas and I could not be more pleased. It is made with sturdy material and plenty of space for money, cards, etc. I did not upload a picture of the wallet because the custom picture that we had engraved was of my 3 children. When I received it, I literally started crying. Not because of anything wrong but because it was so good. The only compliant was once you submit the order that there is no communication to ensure that the picture uploaded correctly or if it would be able to have a good resolution. I did try to reach out to the seller multiple times but never received a response. It took almost a month to receive but it is a custom item so just be prepared to wait. However, it was received in the time frame originally promised so no false expectations. Other than the lack of communication, I would highly recommend this item but just make sure to carefully choose your picture. Everything worked out in my situation but that may not always be the case.

I ordered the light grey leather wallet for my husband and had our picture imprinted. It is a good quality wallet with lots of inserts for cards and a window for his ID. My husband loves the zipper pouch for safe key keeping or even for change. Very impressed with the look and feel. Compared to wallets sold in stores, this is way better. Very pleased with the picture and special wording that was imprinted for him. He loves it!!!

Got this to replace the leather wallet I've had for 6 years. Thought it would be interesting to have something custom for once. While the material is of good quality and design I can't say the same for the images. What ever process this company uses to apply pictures and words is poor. When I took the wallet out of it's cloth pouch I discovered some of the picture I request to be applied hand come off. It had smeared on to the cardboard sleeve that was suppose to protect it. I have to say go for some of the more higher end wallets Amazon has to offer. For a few more extra bucks there's far superior wallets out there.

It’s a nice wallet but the card slots are a little deep and could have been a tiny bit wider. My picture turned out great for what I gave them. If you look for one with less detail it will look really good. Oh and it’s very good vegan leather not real leather.

The engraving doesn’t really look my kids. Perhaps better for darker haired people. Husband thinks the engraving looks good.

At first I was a bit upset because it arrived later than estimated so I assumed it got lost in the mail but it came out amazing. I love the outcome and it was definitely worth the wait.
