This kept me sane, and possibly kept family members alive, on the day before my colonoscopy. I usually drink Orgain plant based protein shakes or drinks, but in the 24 hours of absolute torture before a colonoscopy, you can only have clear stuff. And preferably nothing bright/dark red or purple.While the flavor isn't going to show up in any new mocktail craze, for what it is, it's definitely easy to drink. And I am so thankful they have this clear option because you're already hungry, weak and cranky before the real fun begins. This helped a lot with being able to endure my colon wringing itself out for the next 12 hours, I would absolutely recommend it because you need nutrients in your stomach before you drink the terrible stuff that kicks off The Night of 1000 Flushes and you need nutrients to keep your humor and hope up.

My overall rating of two stars has nothing to do with product. The low rating is because of two facts. One is that Amazon delivered my box to a neighbor’s house and they delivered it to me. I thought I was buying 4 four packs but only one four pack arrived. That’s my bust. I will pay closer attention on all my future orders. The product was enormously overpriced for only one 4 pack. I will never buy anything else from that particular vendor. The positive point is the flavor of the blueberry pomegranate. It’s very tasteful, but just a tad too sweet.

I'm lactose intolerant, so I cant drink the milky Ensures. These were an alternative to try. I can't seem to find this flavor in the stores a lot, so it was convenient being able to order them. I love the taste. Its not too sweet either.

I use it for nutrition and it taste good

A bit expensive, but my husband liked it in his diet a few days before surgery
