Bit of a learning curve, but works good.
It does what it’s supposed to do and comes with everything you need to do it. I’d recommend watching an instruction video, because it will make more sense than reading the instructions. The first one took me 30 minutes because I made a stupid mistake but after doing it once I was able to knock out the rest at around 3 minutes per knob. The pins are color coded to make life easier and it cane with 3 master keys.

Worked great and was easy to do.
This let me rekey the various deadbolts around my house easily. The instructions weren't overly detailed, but they were definitely adequate. There are also plenty of videos demonstrating the steps. Doing the first one took a little time but after that I zipped through the rest in a 5 mins each. Worked great on every one. Highly recommend.

Easy Rekey Job With This Kit
Works as advertised. Works on standard KwikSet locks, but be aware of the fact that if you have a SmartKey KwikSet lock that you want to rekey this kit will not work for that.Also, forget the sparse instruction sheet supplied with the kit and go to the KwikSet website where you will find an excellent video on how to rekey your Kwikset locks.

... round from the lock cylinder the rest changed out great..
once I figured out not to accidently separate the nylon round from the lock cylinder the rest changed out great..... I prefer the smartkey locks better but they can get expensive if you have more than two to replace

Worked well, and was easy enough. Be careful not to lose or damage the springs in your old lock. I wish it came with one or two of those for spares.

Excellent solution to Rekey instead of Replacing the Lock.
The Rekey Kit is the perfect solution. It took a little while to change first key lock; but remaining ones are fast.I will definitely recommend it. It save me 120 buck instead replacing the lock.

I love that the cylinders are color coded
I love that the cylinders are color coded! This kit included pretty much everything I needed to repin our locks. Only thing lacking would be a hollow plug follower, but that's not usually a standard item that is provided anyway.
