It's easy to get carried away and waste a whole bunch of this stuff and money in the process. If you use your head and combine screens into a stack before spraying, it will stretch the effective usage a long way. It also helps to use a soft bench brush to remove heavy dust and spider webs prior to usage. Wipe out the excess with a cotton rag and use that rag to wipe the frames.I can do a typical 3k to 5k square foot house with about 10 to 15oz in a hand prayer. Making the per house cost about $12ish. But the time it saves more than makes up the added expense not to mention there is no way to make screens look better than this stuff. You will find that over the course of a day or two the screens will actually continue to get cleaner.Beware of other (cheaper) products that say they do the same thing. Most are just a dressing and cover the dirt, leaving it incased in a waxy coating.It should be noted that it will make any surfaces it comes into contact with feel slick and slightly slippery. So use caution and (not so) common sense in selecting your spray area.It should also be noted that it does not work so well on screens that are severely dry rotted. But nothing does anyway, so save your magic in those conditions and don't waste the money or product.If I could give it 7 stars I would give it 8 it's that good. 20+ years professional window cleaner.

The concentrate is a better buy for me because I clean windows sun screens and bug screens for many people.

This product does exactly what it claims to do. My porch screens look new. Used a sprayer, testing spraying from inside as well as out. The overspray was significant and costly considering the purchase price. The solution also makes tile slippery. Almost looked like silicon but it cleaned up with soapy water. Overall this product deserves more than 5 stars.
