Worked as expected

I love both actors, but they were even better together. DeNiro is terrific as the father. It also is the most accurate depiction of living with bipolar disorder.

Bradley Cooper should have gotten the Academy Award for Best Actor...he was excellent!

Marvelous movie, processing issue resulted in me getting the DVD instead of the Blu-ray as ordered. Still worth buying!

The movie is great which is the reason I bought it since it stopped playing on Netflix. Like it so much I got the blue ray so I could have a digital copy for traveling. No where in the discription did it say I would not be able to get the digital copy because the DVD is from Canada and I need a Canadian iTunes account. Pretty shady if you ask me.

One of my all time favorites. As someone who has lived just outside Philly all his life and a life long Eagles fan this film always makes me smile. They got the Philly “atty tood” and our hatred for Dallas just right. Superb acting.

Love J. Law. Her and Bradley Cooper are great together. Throw in my Eagles, and family members that act very similar to mine and you got me hooked. Not your typical rom com. Instead a very well acted movie that everyone will like.

Great cast, great script,and everyone had good chemistry.

This movie is, without a doubt, one of the best that I have seen in a long, long time.Jennifer Lawrence...simply amazing!This woman's acting ability blew my mind in "Winter's Bone" and again here...THEN I found out how old she was and my mind was blown AGAIN! Such talent in such a young women. Couple that with her devastating beauty and you have a woman who should be talked about for years.Bradley Cooper...best role I've seen him in so far and I think the one that I like the most, too. Not an easy role but, I think he nailed it quite nicely.Robert DeNiro...soooo fantastic as Pat Sr. A strong, subtle and moving performance.Kudos to everyone involved in this movie. A WONDERFUL job!

Jennifer Lawrence's Academy Award was well deserved for this film. The first time I saw it in theatres I fell in love with the characters, and was rooting for both Bradley and Jennifer's characters of Pat and Tiffany to come out on the other side with each others help after facing hardships and battling mental illness. I think it is an important film for people to watch, to understand that people with mental illness are not crazy, are not dangerous, but sometimes just need someone to be on their side to listen and try to understand and help. Beautiful film, wonderful performances, and a witty and interesting script all helped this movie come out as the exceptional film it is.

This movie is absolutely amazing. I almost feel ashamed that I like a romantic comedy. But this movie has turned out to be one of my favorite movies of all time. For the dudes, this is a great movie night with your woman. It's like a chick flick that you won't hate LOL

This is such a fantastic movie (story, cast). So glad I was able to add it to my movie collection.

I wasn't sure what to make of the movie from the award show and reviews...But I was drawn in, it was a great movie, I laughed but then it also made me cry as I connected with it and my brothers issues of anger and rehab, its not one I will watch a million times like sixteen candles but I will for sure watch it again and again.
