The slate coasters arrived intact, and we're all of high quality. I ordered them to laser engraver, on my glowforge, and they worked perfectly. The engraving was a very smooth process, and I had no difficulties, with the engraving process. These will make excellent gifts, for family members, or for my Etsy store. I expect these to last a long time, as the durability of the slate, seem to be very high. I will be ordering again in the future.

I have purchased one (12) coaster set of both the square and the round slate. The square were pretty good, other than the thickness between each coaster varying quite a bit. The round ones had fool's gold (iron pyrite) in two of the twelve. The thickness varies a lot with these, also. Surprisingly there were none broken; they really aren't protected other than being shrink wrapped together, tightly, and in a tight fitting box.I purchased both sets with the intention to try my hand at laser engraving on them in hopes to start up a side hustle. I don't think I can pass off the ones with the fool's gold to customers, and I think I'd have to buy a large quantity so that I can sort them by thickness. I know customers get picky; I'm obviously demonstrating that myself. That said, if there was a way to make my money back selling the fool's gold ones to my son, I'd be set. He likes the look of them.Will I buy them from this seller again? Perhaps. I think I now know what I'm in for if I do. Am I satisfied with them? Mostly.

Their medium level quality, they’re pretty thin and they only have three rubber pads on the underside that are not applied evenly so they’re pretty wobbly if you put a glass on them it’s likely to tip over if you don’t get it right in the middle. So I’m a little hesitant to give these away as gifts or products to anyone because I think the quality is just a little bit low. If they put four rubber pads on the bottom that would help out quite a bit because they wouldn’t be as wobbly as they are now. I’m gonna keep looking for a better version of this idea.

I buy these to laser engrave and they work perfectly. They have nice pads on the bottom to keep surfaces safe. The thickness is inconsistent so if you are buying for laser engraving, you will need to measure each one because thickness can vary greatly.
